Guests choose a name, initials or a design, and we stitch it onto their item while they watch.
We bring embroidery machines and trained operators to your event in Toronto, the GTA or wherever you are hosting it. Guests pick from a menu of names, initials, icons and short sayings, and we stitch their choice onto caps, apparel, bags or textiles on the spot. It works as a monogramming station, a hat bar or a patch bar finished with embroidery, depending on what you want guests to take home.
We are based in Toronto and run activations across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel across Canada and North America, with past events in Vancouver, Calgary, Thunder Bay, Montreal, Quebec City, Chicago, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Arizona, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

For busier events we can add Skip This Line, our queue management platform: ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic pickup texts, so guests order, enjoy the event and come back when their item is ready.
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Guests choose from a menu we prepare with you: names, initials, short sayings, icons or approved designs, usually with a choice of thread colour and lettering style. A focused menu keeps ordering simple and lets us plan the workload.
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
Only if it is agreed in advance. Unfamiliar fabrics, materials and shapes may not suit the equipment or the planned placement, so a pre-checked product range is much easier to plan around.
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.
For suitable events we can add ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic texts that tell each guest when their item is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.

No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
Tell us the date, the city and what you have in mind, and we will reply with ideas and a quote. A quote request does not reserve your date.
