CHOOSING A PRODUCT
- DRINKWARE
Send the make, model, dimensions and coating of your bottle or tumbler. We’ll check that its shape and engraving area suit the equipment.
- GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES
We review wood, leather, metal and acrylic items individually. Materials that look alike can react differently to engraving.
- FINISH AND CONTRAST
Engraving changes or removes part of the surface. Colour and contrast depend on that surface; a digital mockup cannot guarantee the physical finish.
- UNKNOWN MATERIALS
Share the manufacturer’s specifications. We need to identify the material and any coating before agreeing to engrave it.
PLANNING YOUR ORDER
START WITH THE EXACT ITEM
A coated bottle, wooden gift and metal accessory will each produce a different finish. Shape, coating and the space for engraving matter too.
Send a product link or clear photos, the material and quantity. Check with us before buying items for engraving.
ONE DESIGN OR INDIVIDUAL NAMES
Will every item have the same logo, or its own name, number or message? Send the placement and approximate size, along with the number of different versions.
We’ll need the final spelling and product list before production.
WHAT GOES INTO THE QUOTE
The item, quantity, design size, number of positions and personalized versions affect the work. Material testing may also be needed.
Include your required date and whether you already have the products. We’ll confirm suitability and timing before you order.
LASER ENGRAVING QUESTIONS
WILL ENGRAVING MATCH MY LOGO COLOURS?
Engraving changes or removes the surface rather than printing your logo in ink. The visible colour and contrast depend on the product, so we need to check the material and finish.
CAN I SUPPLY THE PRODUCTS?
Send the product details first. We’ll confirm suitability and whether a test item is needed before accepting the job.
CAN EVERY ITEM HAVE A DIFFERENT NAME?
Tell us the total quantity and how many different names or designs you need so we can include them in the quote.
CAN I SEE THE FINISH BEFORE A FULL RUN?
Ask whether a test or sample is appropriate for your product. Availability, cost and timing are confirmed as part of the order.
CAN YOU DO THIS AT OUR EVENT?
For live engraving, we’ll also need to review the products and venue. Our event service covers guest personalization and event planning.
