Live T-shirt customization in Toronto
Give every guest a T-shirt they designed themselves, pressed on-site and ready the same day.
How a live T-shirt bar works
Guests choose a shirt colour and size, then pick artwork from a menu we build with you, or arrange it themselves in a custom web tool. Our team heat-presses each order on-site, packs it and sends a pickup text. For one 30th-anniversary event the menu offered white or grey shirts in sizes XS to XL, with separate artwork choices for the front pocket and the back.

How booking works

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.
- 03
We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Questions
What do you need to know about apparel?
Send the event date, venue, hours and expected number of items. For apparel we need a size breakdown; totes and other single-size items have simpler stock requirements.
Can guests upload their own artwork?
Guest uploads need to be agreed in advance, including file quality, print size, content review and production time. They need different preparation from a set design menu.
Is live printing the same as screen printing?
No. Our live apparel printing uses heat-press application. We confirm the method for your products and artwork, so mention it if your brief specifically requires screen printing.
How do guests order and pick up?
For suitable events we can add ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic texts that tell each guest when their item is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
