How live Zippo customization works
A metal lighter is a classic keepsake, and laser engraving makes the personalization permanent. We bring a laser engraving station and operators to your event, guests choose their text or design from a menu prepared with you, and we engrave each lighter on-site. We have laser-engraved lighters on-site at a brand event in Montreal.

We are based in Toronto and run activations across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. How booking works

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Questions
How does live Zippo customization work?
We set up a laser engraving station and personalize each lighter on-site from a menu of names, initials or approved designs prepared with you. We have laser-engraved lighters on-site at a brand event in Montreal.
Do all lighter finishes engrave the same way?
No. The finish affects how the engraving looks, so send us the exact model and finish first. We confirm compatibility, and whether a test piece is needed, before the event.
What does a laser station need on-site?
The equipment and material determine the requirements. We check working space, power and any extraction or ventilation needs with the venue before the event.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
