Guests design a tote on their phone and pick it up printed before they leave.
How live tote printing works
Guests scan a QR code or visit a kiosk, choose a ready-made design or build their own, and submit it. Our on-site pressing station prints the artwork onto the tote, and guests collect it at a pickup point. At one film-festival activation guests built a digital collage on their phones and collected their tote after the screening.

How booking works

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.
- 03
We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Questions
Can guests upload their own artwork?
Guest uploads need to be agreed in advance, including file quality, print size, content review and production time. They need different preparation from a set design menu.
How do guests order and pick up?
For suitable events we can add ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic texts that tell each guest when their item is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
