Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Questions
Which sneakers can you customize?
Send us the exact shoe model, its materials and the look you want. We will review them and confirm which personalization methods suit those shoes before we quote.
Can guests bring their own sneakers?
That needs to be agreed in advance. Materials and construction vary a lot between models, so a pre-selected shoe is much easier to plan around.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
What do you need from the venue?
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
