Guests add their initials or name to a cap, and we embroider it on-site while they enjoy the event.
We set up embroidery machines with a wall of caps, visors or toques. Guests choose a hat and add initials, a name or a phrase from an approved list, and we stitch it on-site. At a professional golf tournament near Toronto, guests ordered at two kiosks and received text updates as their hats moved through production, so they could keep watching the golf.
We are based in Toronto and run activations across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel across Canada and North America, with past events in Vancouver, Calgary, Thunder Bay, Montreal, Quebec City, Chicago, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Arizona, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

For busier events we can add Skip This Line, our queue management platform: ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic pickup texts, so guests order, enjoy the event and come back when their item is ready.
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Our past hat bars have covered structured and denim caps, visors and knit toques. Caps and toques have different stitching areas, so we match the hats to the design menu before the event.
Initials, names, nicknames, a short phrase from an approved list, or letter patches applied with a cap press. We agree on the menu with you in advance.
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
For suitable events we can add ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic texts that tell each guest when their item is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.

No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
Tell us the date, the city and what you have in mind, and we will reply with ideas and a quote. A quote request does not reserve your date.
