Live hand-drawn embroidery

Guests draw or write a message, and we turn it into embroidery and stitch it while they watch.

How hand-drawn embroidery works

Guests draw a picture or write a short message by hand. Our team digitizes the drawing and the lettering for the embroidery machine and stitches it live, so the finished piece keeps the character of the original handwriting.

Why guests love it

  • Deeply personalTheir own drawing or handwriting, stitched permanently.
  • Perfect for family momentsFather’s Day and Mother’s Day messages become keepsakes.
  • A story to shareGuests see their drawing come to life on the machine.

How booking works

  1. 01

    Tell us about your event

Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

  2. 02

    We plan the station

We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

  3. 03

    We personalize it live

Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.

Questions

How do hand-drawn messages become embroidery?

Guests draw or write their message, and we translate the drawing and lettering into embroidery and stitch it live. For a menswear retailer’s Father’s Day activations in Toronto and Vancouver, messages included “DAD + ME” and “I Love MY DAD”.

What do we need to agree on beforehand?

We agree with you on the item, the stitching area, thread colours and how submissions are reviewed, so every piece can be digitized and stitched during the event.

How many guests can take part?

That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.

What do you need from the venue?

We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.

Does a quote request reserve our date?

No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
