Shipping policy

This policy explains how Limitless Toronto produces and delivers your custom apparel and promotional products. All of our products are made to order, so delivery timing depends on both production time and shipping time.

Production turnaround

Our regular turnaround is 7 to 10 business days. Turnaround starts once you have approved your proof and your payment has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays. If you have not yet sent your artwork, or if your proof is waiting for your approval, production will not begin until we have what we need.

Shipping within Canada

Orders with regular turnaround ship for free anywhere in Canada. Once your order ships, transit time depends on the carrier and your location.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the United States. Shipping for US orders starts at $25 CAD, and the final shipping cost depends on the size, weight and destination of your order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout or confirmed with you before your order ships.

US customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities when the order is delivered. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.

Rush orders

We offer rush turnaround of 5 business days, 3 business days or 2 business days. Rush orders are available for pickup in Toronto only. We will confirm pickup details with you when your order is ready. If you need a rush order shipped, please contact us at info@limitlesstoronto.ca before ordering, and we will let you know what is possible and what it will cost.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery dates we provide are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, supplier stock changes and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If you have a firm deadline, such as an event, please tell us when you order so we can let you know whether it is realistic.

Blank garment availability

We source blank garments and products from suppliers, and their stock can change quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you with suitable alternatives before continuing, which may affect your turnaround time.

Shipping address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again. If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us as soon as possible.

Tracking, lost and damaged packages

When your order ships, we will send you tracking information where available. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the items, as described in our Refund Policy. If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual length of time, or a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve it.

Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, such as GST/HST and provincial sales tax, are calculated and charged at checkout according to Canadian tax rules and your shipping address.
