Guests type their name at a kiosk and see a preview of their design. Our laser station engraves each tumbler on-site, and an automatic text tells guests when theirs is ready, so they can keep enjoying the event instead of waiting in line.

Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.

How quickly can you engrave at an event?
At one college golf day we engraved insulated tumblers for 80 guests in two hours. Capacity for your event depends on the product shape, engraving area, the personalization options and the event hours.
Can you engrave products we have already ordered?
Send us the product link, material and finish, plus a photo if you have one. We confirm compatibility, and whether a test piece is needed, before agreeing to use them at the event.
How do guests order and pick up?
For suitable events we can add ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic texts that tell each guest when their item is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
