How towel monogramming works
We place an embroidery machine inside your store and monogram towels and home textiles while customers shop. Customers choose their initials and thread colour, and we stitch them on-site. It suits grand openings, seasonal launches and embroidery bars for home and bedding brands.

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.

What can you monogram?
Our past retail events have included towels and other home textiles. Send us the exact product so we can check the fabric and the stitching area.
Can guests bring their own items?
Only if it is agreed in advance. Unfamiliar fabrics, materials and shapes may not suit the equipment or the planned placement, so a pre-checked product range is much easier to plan around.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
What do you need from the venue?
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
