How live garment personalization works
Scrubs and pajamas are worn every day, which makes a stitched name or monogram feel especially personal. Guests choose from a menu of logos, lettering styles and thread colours, add their own text, and we embroider it on-site. We have run this for a skincare brand event in Calgary and a retail monogram station.

Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.

What can guests choose?
At a skincare brand event in Calgary, guests chose between two logos and added a name, initials, short phrase or date of up to 15 characters. At a retail monogram station for pajamas, the choice card offered black or white thread and block or cursive lettering. We build a similar menu with you.
Can guests bring their own items?
Only if it is agreed in advance. Unfamiliar fabrics, materials and shapes may not suit the equipment or the planned placement, so a pre-checked product range is much easier to plan around.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
What do you need from the venue?
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
