01The brief
Offer guests at La Roche-Posay’s Calgary event personalized FIGS scrubs.
02Our approach
We built a clear menu: choose one of two logos, then add a name, initials, short phrase or date up to 15 characters. A character cap keeps every design legible on scrubs and keeps stitch times predictable for a steady line. We travelled to Calgary to run it.
Method
Why embroidery: stitched lettering is durable and textured, reads as premium, and a live machine draws a crowd. Small personalizations stitch out quickly, so guests get their piece back fast.
Why it works: scrubs are worn every shift. A name or phrase turns a branded gift into something used daily.
