How does live event embroidery work? +

We bring commercial embroidery machines to your event venue. Guests select a garment (hats, hoodies, totes, etc.), choose personalization options (name, initials, or pre-set designs), and watch their item being embroidered in real time. Each piece takes approximately 3–5 minutes.

What garments are available for live embroidery events? +

We typically offer caps, beanies, hoodies, crewnecks, tote bags, and polos — sourced from SanMar, S&S Activewear, and other major distributors. Garment selection is customized to your event and budget. We can also embroider items guests bring themselves.

How many guests can you serve per hour? +

Each embroidery head produces approximately 12–15 personalized pieces per hour depending on design complexity. We scale the number of machines based on your guest count and event duration to minimize wait times.

Do you handle everything on-site? +

Yes. We are fully turnkey. We bring all equipment, garments, thread, staffing, and branded signage. We handle setup, operation, and breakdown. Your team doesn't need to manage anything.

Can you travel for events outside Toronto? +

Absolutely. We support events across Ontario and Canada — including multi-city brand activations and national tours. Travel logistics and pricing are included in your event quote.
