What We Embroider
Our embroidery services cover the full range of branded merchandise: corporate polos and dress shirts, hoodies and crewnecks, caps and beanies, jackets and outerwear, bags and totes, towels and blankets, and specialty items. We source blanks from SanMar, S&S Activewear, Alphabroder, and all major North American distributors — or you can supply your own garments.
Embroidery Techniques
Flat Stitch: Standard embroidery where the thread sits flush with the fabric. Best for detailed logos, small text, and multi-color designs.
3D Puff: Foam-backed embroidery that creates a raised, dimensional effect. Popular on caps, snapbacks, and streetwear.
Appliqué & Twill: Fabric patches cut and stitched onto garments for a layered, varsity-style look. Ideal for letterman jackets, team apparel, and premium branded merchandise.

How It Works
Submit Your Design
Send us your logo or artwork in any format. Our team converts it into a production-ready DST embroidery file optimized for stitch quality and thread efficiency.
Approve Your Digital Proof
We send a digital mockup showing thread colors, placement, and stitch count so you can approve or request changes before production begins.
Production & Quality Check
Your order runs on our multi-head Tajima machines. Every piece is inspected for stitch consistency, thread tension, and color accuracy before packaging.
Delivery or Pickup
Orders ship across Canada or are available for local Toronto pickup at our facility. Rush turnaround available for time-sensitive projects.
Custom Embroidery FAQ
What is the minimum order for custom embroidery?
We handle orders of all sizes — from single samples to production runs of 15,000+ pieces. No minimum order requirement for most embroidery services.
What file format do you need for embroidery?
We accept any image format (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG). Our digitizing team converts your artwork into a production-ready DST file (Tajima format) optimized for stitch quality on commercial Tajima embroidery machines.
What is the difference between flat stitch and 3D puff embroidery?
Flat stitch embroidery lays flush against the garment surface, ideal for detailed logos and fine text. 3D puff embroidery uses foam underlay to create a raised, three-dimensional effect — most commonly seen on caps and snapbacks. Both are available on all garment types.
How long does a custom embroidery order take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush orders can be completed in 3–5 business days depending on volume. Large orders (5,000+ pieces) may require additional production time.
Can you embroider on any garment?
Yes. We embroider on polos, hoodies, jackets, caps, bags, towels, blankets, and most woven or knit fabrics. We source blanks from SanMar, S&S Activewear, Alphabroder, and other major distributors — or we can work with garments you supply.
