We are based in Toronto and run activations across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel across Canada and North America, with past events in Vancouver, Calgary, Thunder Bay, Montreal, Quebec City, Chicago, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Arizona, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.

What can guests add to their socks?
At a running brand’s activation in Toronto, guests chose an icon from a menu, and the finished designs included Toronto-themed lettering and a medal motif. We build the menu with you before the event.
Which socks can you embroider?
Send us the exact socks. The knit, the thickness and the area you want to stitch all affect placement, so we check the product before planning the design menu.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
What do you need from the venue?
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
