How live denim customization works
Denim is one of the best canvases for live personalization. We embroider names, initials and short phrases, press patches, and can laser-etch names and logos onto denim jackets. Guests choose their details from a menu, watch the work happen and collect their piece, often after a pickup text, at retail stores in Toronto and at brand events across North America.

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Questions
Can you laser-etch denim as well as embroider it?
Yes. We can laser-etch names and logos onto denim jackets in addition to embroidery and patches. We review the exact garment first to confirm the finish.
Which denim pieces work best?
Our past denim activations have included jackets, jeans and tailored trousers. Seams, pockets and thick areas limit where we can stitch, so we plan placements around the garments you choose.
What can guests choose?
Guests choose from a menu we prepare with you: names, initials, short sayings, icons or approved designs, usually with a choice of thread colour and lettering style. A focused menu keeps ordering simple and lets us plan the workload.
How do guests order and pick up?
For suitable events we can add ordering kiosks, QR ordering from guests’ phones and automatic texts that tell each guest when their item is ready, so nobody has to wait in line.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
