Guests sign their name on a tablet, and we laser-engrave their own signature onto a gift they keep.
How live signature engraving works
Instead of choosing a font, each guest signs their name on a tablet. We transfer the signature to our engraving setup and laser-engrave it onto the product on-site, so every piece carries the guest’s own handwriting.

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.
Questions
How does live signature engraving work?
Guests sign on a tablet, we transfer the digital artwork to the engraving setup, and each signature is laser-engraved onto the product on-site. That is how we personalized smart-glasses cases at an automotive brand event.
Can you engrave products we have already ordered?
Send us the product link, material and finish, plus a photo if you have one. We confirm compatibility, and whether a test piece is needed, before agreeing to use them at the event.
What does a laser station need on-site?
The equipment and material determine the requirements. We check working space, power and any extraction or ventilation needs with the venue before the event.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
