How live jersey customization works
We produce custom patches from your artwork, lay them out for guests to choose from, and press their picks onto jerseys on-site. Live embroidery can then add a name or a short message, turning a jersey into a one-of-a-kind piece.

Where we work
We are based in Toronto and run activations across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel across Canada and North America, with past events in Vancouver, Calgary, Thunder Bay, Montreal, Quebec City, Chicago, Miami, Orlando, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Arizona, Washington, D.C., Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Tell us about your event
Share the date, the city or venue, the event hours, how many guests you expect and what you would like them to take home. Estimates are fine.

We plan the station
We confirm the products, the design menu, the equipment and the staffing, check space, power and access with your venue, and send you a detailed quote.

We personalize it live
Our team sets up, makes each piece on-site and hands it over at a clear pickup point, with pickup texts if your event uses them.

How does a jersey customization station work?
For a jersey-upcycling workshop, we produced custom patches from the project designers’ artwork, pressed each guest’s selection onto their jersey on-site and added live embroidery.
Can you make the patches for us?
Yes. We produce custom patches as well as applying them. For one jersey-upcycling workshop we produced the patches from artwork created by the project’s designers, then pressed guests’ picks on-site.
How many guests can take part?
That depends on the product, the design, the number of machines and the event hours. Your quote states the planned number of personalized items for the setup we agree on.
What do you need from the venue?
We review working space, power, load-in, guest circulation and a collection area with your venue before the event, so the station fits the space.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We are based in Toronto and work across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. We also travel to events across Canada and the United States, with past activations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Charlotte, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.
Does a quote request reserve our date?
No. We first check the date, the products and the venue requirements, then explain what is needed to confirm the booking.
