01The brief

Community Agency asked us to plan a live T-shirt bar for Pulp & Fiber’s 25th birthday. The idea: 25 designs made for the celebration, and the freedom for every guest to make them their own.

02Our approach

We planned the full guest flow with the agency, from designing a shirt to picking it up. Then we built a custom online T-shirt maker for the event: guests chose artwork, dragged and dropped it onto their tee and sent it straight to our production team. On-site, each design was printed, pressed and packed, and a text told the guest their shirt was ready. Guests got back to the party instead of standing in line.

Design

Twenty-five celebration designs were supplied for the anniversary. Guests chose and arranged the artwork themselves, so no two shirts had to be the same while the brand stayed consistent.

Logistics and setup

The flow was planned with Community Agency from design to pickup. On-site, we ran a print, press and pack line and sent texts when orders were ready.

Why it works: guests become co-designers. A brand anniversary turns into something people made, wear and remember.

03What we made

  • Custom online T-shirt maker, built for the event
  • Live-printed T-shirts using 25 celebration designs (artwork by the event team)

04The result
