01The brief
Offer live apparel monogramming with a menu of thread colours, fonts and icons.
02Our approach
Guests chose a thread colour and font, then wrote up to six characters, or picked an icon instead. A six-character cap keeps monograms classic and in proportion, which is exactly the Ralph Lauren look.
Method
Why embroidery: stitched lettering is durable and textured, reads as premium, and a live machine draws a crowd. Small personalizations stitch out quickly, so guests get their piece back fast.
