01The brief
Give launch guests a western-themed keepsake: a custom bandana, made on the spot.
02Our approach
We brought our embroidery machines to the launch and personalized bandanas with live chain stitching. Chain stitch has a looped, vintage western look that fit the show, and watching it run is part of the entertainment.
Design
We used chain-stitch personalization on the bandanas, a western-workwear look that fits the show.
Method
Why embroidery: stitched lettering is durable and textured, reads as premium, and a live machine draws a crowd. Small personalizations stitch out quickly, so guests get their piece back fast.

We brought embroidery machines to the Toronto launch venue.
