LEVI’S: 500+ HATS, NAMED LIVE IN CALGARY

01The brief

Give 500+ guests at a three-day Levi’s corporate event in Calgary a hat with their own name on it, made on-site.

02Our approach

We brought live embroidery to Calgary and stitched custom names onto Levi’s hats, on-site, for all three days. With 500+ guests, the line was the real challenge. Guests used our in-house queue management system to track their order progress, so nobody had to stand and wait to know where their hat was.

Design

We kept to one clean idea: the guest’s name on a Levi’s hat. It was simple to choose, quick to stitch and personal every time.

Logistics and setup

We ran embroidery machines on-site for the three-day event, with our in-house queue management system handling order tracking.

Why it works: a name is the fastest personalization there is, and order tracking keeps a 500-guest event moving without a crowd at the table.
